- Position: Human Resources Operation Manager
- Location: Dadar, Mumbai
- Reporting– CEO
- Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, business administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred) and 5–6 years of progressive HR experience with a focus on HR operations.
Role and Responsibilities:
- HR Process Management:
- Develop, implement, and manage HR processes and policies, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.
- Continuously review and optimize HR processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Compliance and Legal Matters:
- Stay updated on labour laws and regulations and ensure HR practices are in compliance.
- Manage HR-related legal matters, including grievances, disputes, and investigations.
- Recruitment and Staffing:
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to streamline the hiring process.
- Ensure that job postings, interview processes, and background checks are conducted effectively.
- Benefits Administration:
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
- Address employee inquiries and resolve benefit-related issues.
- Performance Management:
- Support the performance appraisal process, including goal setting, feedback, and documentation.
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance improvement plans.
- Employee Records and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including personnel files and HR documents.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- HR Reporting:
- Generate and analyze HR metrics and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on HR-related activities and outcomes.
- Employee Engagement and Relations:
- Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement initiatives.
- Handle employee relations issues and mediate conflicts when necessary.
Skills requirement:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5-6 years of progressive HR experience with a focus on HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Experience with HRIS and other HR software systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
