Job Title: B2B Manager

Main Purpose of role: The B2B Manager (Asia) will have the following key deliverable:

•B2B RTM business case alignment with senior stakeholders across identified markets in Asia

•To lead the strategy, planning, budgeting, executing, monitoring, and reporting the B2B project across identified markets in Asia.

•Working with global IT team to find the right vendor for the B2B tool

•To co-ordinate with the  B2B Tool vendor to ensure timely delivery of the required customization for the respective markets.

•Alignment and tracking of spends against aligned project budgets.

•To lead the project to ensure time bound and effective rollout.

•To enable market transition from existing RTM to B2B based RTM

•To work with Market Commercial Heads and be the centre point of coordination between markets and all internal and external stakeholders.

•To liaison and work with local finance, Operations and Sales team for commercial modelling of the B2B model and establishing project milestones.

•To track and publish the project completion against the commercial and financial milestones established for each market.

•To share and help in implementation of best practices across markets from ongoing and completed implementations.

 

Job Description

To be the centre point of B2B project implementation in identified Asia markets

 

·Identification and Evaluation of potential project partners

oIdentify and evaluate right partners to develop the B2B tool

oWork closely with shortlisted partners to translate business requirements into tool features

oWork with Internal IT teams to understand and pass on system requirements to the implementation partner

·Planning and Developing the Project Idea

oThe B2B manager will be responsible for developing a procedure for implementing it in collaboration with market stakeholders.

oEstablishing the scope of B2B channel in the market and tracking project milestones in consultation with the Market Commercial Heads

oWork with the cross-functional market team, comprising of finance, operations, and commercial team to rollout the project

oTo provide any regional guidelines and share best practices across markets as and when needed.

·Establish a Deadline and Monitor the Progress of the Project

oTo constantly oversee how the project is moving forward and publish the project progress with local and regional stakeholders.

Develop an accurate timeline of project completion and ensure activities get completed within the aligned timelines

Person Specification: ·Bachelors’ Degree from an accredited University; MBA preferable

 

·Experience in Brick & Mortar Distribution

·Understanding of Distribution Metrices and B2B Channel Sales

·Experience of working in multi-discipline and remote teams

·Project Management, administration, and excellent organisational skills

·Ability to deal with large ambiguous data sets and spreadsheets.

·Excellent analytical and numerical skills

·Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, changing industry

·Good cross functional networking skills, ability to persuade and influence

·Proven ability to meet deadlines and deliver projects

·High level of attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies

·Highly organised with excellent communication skills in English, other Asian languages a plus

·Ability to be proactive and independent in workload using own initiative as required
